Brazil to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Quicken Loans Inc., dated March 31, 2015, recorded April 14, 2015, in the office of the Register of Deeds for Charleston County, in Book 0469, at Page 163; thereafter, said Mortgage was assigned to Quicken Loans Inc. by assignment instrument dated May 1, 2017 and recorded May 18, 2017 in Book 0638 at Page 688. - The description of the premises is as follows: - ALL that certain lot, piece and parcel of land with the buildings and improvements thereon situate, lying and being in the City of North Charleston, South Carolina, known and designated as Lot 35, Block A, Summerfield Subdivision as shown on that certain plat entitled: 'Plat of the Subdivision of TMS No. 397-00-00-003 into Lots 1 Thru 46, Block A, Summerfield Property of Evans Development Corp, City of North Charleston, Charleston County, South Carolina,' dated September 29, 1986 and revised April 20, 1987 by Harold J. Brazil conveyed all of his interest in this same property unto Carolyn Richardson by virtue of a Deed dated March 31, 2004 and recorded April 8, 2004 in Book F490 at Page 222 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Charleston County, South Carolina. Thereafter, Carolyn Richardson conveyed all of her undivided interest in this same property unto Larry M.
